Shrubbery and traffic
The United Nations General Assembly is in session just now. The President of the United States has a tendency to come to this city when that is the case. He is here now. Traffic problems abound.
The only solution from where we are now is to head south, away from the area of congestion and interest. So that’s what we shall do. I expect to see Eman and Nigel today, even leaving Eman and Folláin to have coffee together while I go see how my son is doing.
Peace and quiet reign, and no traffic congestion is in sight inside.
Have a fine day.
Taffic isn’t the only problem our President causes 😉 I was going to go into the city this afternoon to meet up with a few friends back in the area for school. I’m not sure how Bush’s travels will effect the area they are in, but I’m not taking any chances. I’ll see them this weekend!!

ryn:the tent was a gift from a company I dealt with. You can check specifics on Coleman Dome Tent 7X7. It is red and grey. It weighs less than 10 lbs. and is still in its bag and shipping box-I’ve never used it. Takes up very little space. I was going to sell it, but would prefer to give it away.

I hope yours is fine, too. You know, for all his Texas-based good ol’ boy posturing, The President doesn’t seem to visit our major metropolitan areas…ever. Your comments about him being in New York again just brought that to mind. Very odd. 🙂

Your first noter beat me to the punch! LOL! I remember when that fool was in Chicago. Traffic was so horrible that commuters were complaining for days afterward.
