And on we go

I am really quite glad, for a few reasons, that it is now the 26th of December. Although yesterday was a peaceful day, I am simply relieved that it is over. I still have cards to write and mail out but hey, that’s all right. Card writing and such … all stuff that really drives any spirit of the holidays right out the window for me when it is done as an obligation and not from a more meaningful place. I am selfish that way (and other ways too, shhhhh don’t tell). 😉 Okie McDokie … last night’s whitter.

Vision

This is a clean white sheet
drying in a clear wind
all the distraught distraction washed away

In this night is welcome clarity
through the descent
from needless tightwire defenses

You may find me quieter
enigmatic as I ask you
to join me in seeking something

I might ask you what this circumstance means
but I will ask nothing of you
because in the quiet of this night
I know
this is a clean white sheet

I am glad I don’t have to really think about shopping anymore.. woohoo!!

I’m glad it’s done as well. Looking forward to a day of putting things away and taking my house back from Christmas.

Ah yes, the “obligation” of it all does have a way of putting a negativity to what should be a peaceful and loving time. You survived – yeah!

It’s good to have clean white sheet. I try to begin each year like that, only thing is clean white sheets ask to be writ upon. How we write on that has a certain serendipity. The mistress of whitters has much to convey, for the soul from the heart in her own unique way. All much appreciated without which my day, would be less thoughtful. So hooray! Smiles & Warm Hugs

Oops! It’s a different sheet, washed clean. Um..eh..oh gosh! Slinking off ((((((((blushing))))))))

Mine is a clean navy blue jersey sheet, k? ; ) December 26 th is a great day. So glad I’m not out there shopping or working retail! Thanks much for your whitter sharing! Hugs & Smiles

May it be filled with your own masterpiece 🙂 *hugs* see you when I get back. -CV

I love sending and receiving the Christmas letters. I just procrastinate addressing the envelopes. Dunno why but always happens. 🙂

Ok, it may be over, but New Year’s is peeking around the corner. =P~~~

i bought christmas cards, but never took them out of the sack. lol lol lol!!! had good intentions. me – this is *so* unlike me. when i was with *s*, i *always* did christmas cards and had them out early to boot. i *always* had a clean house. i *always* paid my bills on time. it is like i am rebelling against everything. better not tell me yes, because i’ll say no. lol! *hugs*
