Stuff

I’m hoping Helen and Izzy and their story return soon. I whitter on though. Aunt Flo is really being quite dreadful this visit.

Slinking through the night
eyes lit with the thrill of the hunt
nothing wrong in casting spells
setting up residence in the great hall
preparing to feast on captured prey

Once upon a mystery
when the water reflected the night sky
the hunted noticed and noted
the wiles of the predator
and simply eluded capture

Familiar rush of blood in heady speed
split objectives and finish the trapping
for once make a clean kill
when the quiet rolls in after
own the prize

Do not shrug or ask questions without answers
when you know all the answers
there could ever be about
the predator’s actions
right or wrong or simply fatal

Hmmmmm, “Aunt Flo” huh? How long?

I can’t wait to be rid of my Auntie Flo.

Ooooooou, quite a whitter. I don’t miss Aunt Flo. She’s been gone a long time now. We lost her during surgery. 🙂 I know it isn’t nice to speak ill of the dead, but she was a bitch, you know, and I’m glad she’s gone. RYN: I knew you’d understand.

Next time she comes to visit me, I am going to use my Keeper…no mo choicelessness. I was just wondering about Helen the other day..while i was reading Taltos.

I’ve been thinking about you over the last little while. Sorry that I haven’t been around to read and note. Big hugs!

I saw you on Yahoo the other day and sent you a smoochie. Either you were busy, or it was one of your kids that received the smoochie! LOL! Take care… and smoochies! (I know you’ll get this one.)

Oooh, scary whitter about slinking through the night kinda stuff. Hope Auntie gets on packing soon! Meanwhile, special treatment for yourself,k? : ) Big Hugs

I wonder why I am so smitten by Rice’s characters. That part where Rowman shoots her daughter..and then buries her…I had a thought about it..some kindred-ness…but now I forget what it was. brain fart. Helen would be a good taltos.

the word feral comes to mind with this entry 😉

I know the reason for this too, and so did Sarah. I have just been afrid to really acknowledge and integrate it. It’s coming though.

Eww – you’re Auntie sounds a bit more hostile than mine. ryn: I am finding that letting go is impossible no matter how I try. But I think ignoring the pain is only a temporary mask. And some point I need to deal with this head on – if only I knew how. Take care – this has been a tough few days for you.

Interesting whitter. I always read so many things into what you write. I bet you’ll be one who is glad when menopause comes around. Hugs,

Let’s catch up sometime soon. Can I call you sometime in the next few days? Anytime you’re not too busy 🙂

ryn: That was the addy I have for Yahoo. Maybe you never got my IM – Yahoo has not sent me IM messages a few times. Either that, or you didn’t recognize me. I’m athena1_ca on Yahoo. Hugs,

I really like reading the whitters, but am never sure how to comment!!!
