Sleep well my little friend

I was chatting with one of my sweet friends earlier; for such a short time. She was very very tired, having worked several extra hours. Her eyes were hurting; she was trying to do something on the computer, but her eyes were in pain.

Every magenta letter I typed I regretted the moment I had sent it. I couldn’t be rude; and I had to huggle her and kiss her poor aching eyes and tell her to go on to bed and have a good night. But I said things little; as quiet as typed magenta words can be.

I wish her peace and quiet behind her eyes, in her rather special and magical head. I hope that when she awakens tomorrow she may whitter quite happily for hours on her computer without pain intruding and cutting short her amusements and chatterings and fun.

11/10/01: I no longer type magenta letters; instead I type soft blue words which go much easier on the eyes. 😀
