Listless
I’ve really had to push myself at the gym this week and especially today. I don’t know why, but I just feel so run down and out of it. Monday was an absolutely kick-ass work out and they’ve just been going downhill since then. Today I only did 25 minutes on the stationary bike, then sat in the sauna for about 15 minutes, hoping to sweat out whatever it is that’s been plaguing me. Aside from the relaxation of the heat while listening to Charlotte Church, it did pretty much nothing. Now I’m exhausted.
And of course, I still have housework to do. I have a load of laundry in the dryer and one in the washer and the thought of folding fills me with dread. I also need to do the floors. They’re way overdue for it. On the bright side, though, Charlee borrowed our dining room chairs for while her parents are visiting (they don’t have a dining set), so I don’t have to vacuum around them.
Sadly, that’s about all I’ve got. Alan’s going to be out of work a little after two, so I have go get him, and I should probably mop and vacuum before then. That way I can veg out later. ::sigh:: Why did I agree to make pizza tonight? It requires so much effort with the mixing and the kneading. Ugh.

I would renege and just order pizza instead. You deserve a break darling. And I know Alan works and all, but maybe he’d be willing to help out with the floors? :-p Or you can always leave them until tomorrow. Today you should just relax and try to recoup. *FIERCE FIERCE FIERCE FIERCE FIERCE FIERCE FIERCE FIERCE FIERCE FIERCE FIERCE FIERCE FIERCE LOVING LOVING LOVING LOVING LOVING LOVING LOVING LOVING LOVING LOVING LOVING LOVING LOVING LOVING LOVING LOVING LOVING LOVING HUGS*

RYN: The lady who wrote that article is the one who’s book I’m reading right now about relationships and “making love sustainable” that I won and she autographed. She can be a bit weird at times. :-p

RYN: lots of “ist”s and “ism”s in that note! I’m delighted you’re interested i intend to post more vids up to keep showing different parts of it, it takes hours of different viewpoints to understand how it could work. and if you can spot flaws speak out also! For your “how do we get from here to there?” i’ll direct you to http://thevenusproject.com/en/the-venus-project-introduction/faq Q 14.

that gives the next few small steps, mostly about getting the word out and then trying to build that city which will cost a fortune. Jacque think’s it’ll take a total system crash to get people to look for other means, i hoped that we’d interest enough people in time, maybe elect politions for “the venus party” which would be a slow transfer over to the new system. We shall see. oh yes, buy gold.

I’ve actually never seen the movie, but she does seem a bit faithless in the book too, though granted, in the book, they only knew each other a week before he ships off again for a year, then he comes back for two weeks, and ships off again, and then I can’t remember if he comes back a third time before they break up? I dunno. But yeah, she’s pretty faithless. I liked her character at first, but Iunderstood where she was coming from in their interactions, not having had the history and everything and all that, but I mean, still, that was really sh*tty of her to do, marrying the other guy like that, while STILL knowing she was in love with other dude. The whole thing just made me really sad, because it’s just a big bundle of unhappiness in the end, where she gets to be happy, but at the cost of him being unhappy when he didn’t do sh*t to deserve it! :-p
