Crash
So, yeeeeeah… I bailed out on my detox diet. The complete lack of energy and general flaky fogginess was just unbearable. The final straw? I left a burner on the stove on for about an hour after I had moved the kettle off of it. I didn’t notice until I went into the kitchen to get some water and it felt much warmer than it should have. I’m lucky I had moved the kettle or I could have started a fire. ::rolls eyes:: It didn’t help that I felt like I was going to pass out on the treadmill. It may be the cavewoman way to eat, but my Anglo-French body has clearly evolved for the consumption of grains and dairy and needs them to function properly. I’m still a bit lightheaded and worn out, but I’m feeling a bit clearer since the consumption of an egg on toast. And it’ll make actually going to the fitness center a lot less torturous. Maybe I’ll even get through the day without the need to take a nap.

I’m so glad you stopped that diet! Like I said in my last note, that sounds like a crock of sh*t to me. NOTHING short of an illness should make you feel that way. Or medications. Something as natural as EATING should NOT make you feel that way! 🙁 And girl, like I said, just eat more healthily, which I know you try to do anyways, and just exercise and you’ll definitely be on the right track,
