Victoria’s Secret

Saturday morning we all got up and had breakfast ~ except for Tyler. The girls and H went down to the pool. Nothing too exciting going on in the morning. C and B had their room for Saturday night too so I was not too concerned about getting out on time. We could just move our stuff to their room until we were ready to leave ~ when the girls were done swimming.

I took the kids with me including H and R. We were going to go to the mall. There was so much stuff in the car that I decided that we would bring all of our stuff home then go back to town. We came home and unloaded the car. The boys decided that they wanted to watch a movie so we watched Without a Paddle. Don’t ask me about it because I did not watch the beginning and when I did start watching the movie I fell asleep for a bit. I did catch the last three minutes of the movie. (I have tried to watch The Girl Next Door twice now and fell asleep both times.)

We did go to the mall. H bought a CD. I bought new flannel pajamas and matching slippers at Victoria’s Secret ~ they were 75% off. I paid $24 for slippers, pajamas, and two tins of Vicky Mints!

We were walking through the mall but getting ready to leave. Duh ~ the light comes on! I asked the girls if they wanted some pajamas. We went back to Victoria’s Secret and they picked out some pajamas and I let them choose some lip jelly because they were two for $10. So I paid $37 for two pairs of pajamas and two lip jellies. Now we can all hang out in our Victoria’s Secret jams!

Off to Wal*Mart because the kids wanted to get a controller for the PS2 because they have one that does not work. If the game is two-player you need two of a certain controller. So I bought the controller that they need and it came with a remote to control the DVD player part of the console and an extension cable. I was feeling way generous and bought a new game too ~ Shrek 2 ~ with hopes that they would not play Grand Theft Auto/San Andreas with R here. That game has some pretty wicked language. With his mother being a daycare provider I do not need him taking that language home with him!

So far it has worked ~ they have been involved in Shrek 2.

I have the VS jammies with the cards on them. I call them my Vegas jammies. It is a 3 pc. set. Nothing like a trip to VS to make a girl or woman feel good. 🙂
