I am not so thrilled about leaving home this morning. By the sounds of it I will not be making it home tonight due to weather. They are calling for a nasty blizzard and very low temperatures ~ like -35 to -40 with the wind chills. Not thrilled one bit!

Last night on my way home it was snowing. The snow was falling so softly and it was so bright out. It was just so pretty. It brought back memories of ice skating in the park ~ that is a memory from the early 70’s when life was uncomplicated.

I would only go back to those days if I could go back knowing what I already know! Remove the shyness and the low self-esteem and I would go back. But…there is really no going back so why even think about it.

Okay back to reality! I have to go get some clothes on and scoot out the door. I need some extra travel time due to the snow last night. I hope that it is not too horrid driving this morning.

I am worried about getting home!
