Pants and Hot Water

After the game I took the kids for supper at Culver’s. Easy suppers are becoming more common. I must be getting lazier as I am getting older.

I brought the kids home with intentions of going back to town because I was too cranky to take them shopping with me. When we got home I decided that I would snooze before going back to town ~ I can shop at Wal*Mart all night if I wanted to do so.

Dick called so I decided to have him stop to get Tyler some pants. He can become more involved in shopping for these kids. I shouldn’t have to do it all of the time. He did bring home three pairs of pants but he did not follow my instructions very well. I told him loose fitting pants ~ baggy style because Tyler will not wear tight fitting jeans. Dick got one pair of cargo pants and two pairs of jeans. Tyler has troubles with the buttons but once they loosen up he should be okay with it. I always check the buttons for ease because I know that Tyler has trouble with them. Maybe Dick does not need to be involved with shopping for clothes for the kids. I would like to see him go shopping with the girls for bras! Now that would be funny.

More Hot Water!

Apparently Mr. Big was playing cards and the dealer (LF ~ his original “name” that I gave him but I can not remember his revised “name.”) was more interested in watching the game that was on the television than he was interested in dealing. Mr. Big told Cocky that he should take him off since this was the case. Cocky left him on for the remainder of the dealing shift because there were “only like three minutes left” of the shift.

Now I get to write a counseling statement on LF. I hate writing counseling statements! I also chewed out Cocky. “When Mr. Big says to do something you do it IMMEDIATELY because if he is saying something on site that means he is very upset.” Then I went into the spiel about the lack of respect. I am sure all Cocky heard was blah, blah, blah, blah, blah!

End Rant!

It is literally freezing! Yep, folks 32 degrees outside! I hope that it does not rain! We have been having rain and it did try to snow last night. If it is going to be cold and precipitating let it just snow. Snow does not make such a mess on the highway. It does but it doesn’t make a sheet of ice like rain would.
