Had a Great Night

I am just so happy tonight! We did not have any of The Bigs in. We stayed busy throughout the night so the time went fast.

We had one customer that was already there and playing blackjack when I got there. He played right up until closing. Our tips for the night would have been jack without him. If he had more chips sitting in front of him than he paid for he tipped $1 every hand. That means every hand that the dealer won that had the $1 tip bet we won $2 because the house matches the tip bet.

We depend, very much, on tips for our income. It is a shame that we have to but that is the way it is in the gaming industry.

That guy was nice ~ I did not talk to him much because I was the cashier and not dealing card. All the dealers seemed to enjoy dealing to him and no one was cranky at the end of the night.

I had an awesome crew on tonight and everything went so smoothly. I wish that every night could be like tonight.
