Dental Robbery

I forgot to mention Dick’s dental appointments.

Dentists are highway robbers!

They charge $144 to clean and polish teeth. Why clean and polish them when the next step is to pull them out. On top the only teeth that he will have left are his eye teeth and that is to anchor a bridge too.

The bridge is going to be permanent. I was thinking that it would be one that he takes out every night and soaks ~ like my Dad and his dentures! Oh no, we will make a bridge and charge you over $700 per tooth!

Tell me that is not robbery!

He has dental insurance but that only covers $1500 so he will have to pay $3700 out of pocket. I would certainly like to know where he thinks that he is going to come up with that money. Even if the bank finances it! He still has to make payments! I think that he needs to sell the 4-wheeler! And I will be damned if I write one check to pay that payment!

I had to tell him ~ just do what looks the best because you are the one that has to live with it. I had no clue how expensive it would be. There ya go he will look good to find himself a new dame.
