Evening Goings On

Goodness ~ I am here twice in one day!

We did not go to the 4-H doings. The girls started bickering so I scrapped that plan. I am tired of those two picking at each other every chance they get and I am not going to put up with that then let them do fun things. Forget it! Tyler decided that he did not want to play basketball today because his “shooting arm” hurt. Whatever! So much for getting gas in Dinkytown. I decided that I needed a nap so I called Dick and asked him if he could take my car to Dinkytown and put gas in for me so that I could get to work. He agreed to do it and I took a nap.

When the kids tried to wake me up for work I was in no condition to move. I had a headache the size of Texas and I felt really, really crappy! “Please, bring me the phone.” I called and talk to my opening PIC to check on a closing PIC. I had no closing PIC scheduled other than myself! The first think that Curly said is “you sound like ass.” *Like ass is a saying that is used in place of the word shit* “I feel like ass.” He offered to close for me. I took the offer and I stayed home and slept for another three hours. Maybe I was wrong, maybe I will not survive this.

While I slept Dick did take my car to Dinkytown and he fed the kids.

Now I am going to post this and look for a new ISP. I am sick of Earthlink since I had no choice in switching to TotalAccess 2004. I have had nothing but trouble! Maybe I will go back to Uffda because I can connect at the same slow speed now so what difference would it make. I am checking if Uffda is even still available. It is available and it is cheaper than Earthlink. Monday I will check into it further.

For now I am going to go rest!
