ryn: I think most European culinary traditions have a variation on this. In Lombardy in northern Italy there is cassouela, a kind of stew made with savoy cabbage, sausages and different parts of pork.

The scary thing is that now people are out buying guns like crazy, afraid probably gun control may get stricter. I thinking so much news coverage appeals to those copy-cat types, but what can one do..we need to know so we can ‘feel’ for the grieving. Warm hugs

We need the crazies to get treatment and the guns to be put away. On what planet does a civilian need an assault rifle? It’s very, very scary. I am turning to prayer and meditation, I think; that really seems the best thing, the only thing I can do.

What a scary thought. What are we doing to make sure our kids don’t turn out crazy? Or is it to much to hope when politicians certainly are?
