yesterday found me standing under giant oaks and cypress trees at the jean lafitte park service to tell a few people our play had been cancelled till next week due to electrical problems. happy to say we did a great job because we only had to tell about 5 or 6 people that had not gotten the message. i had printed and copied a short flyer with the information for new dates and the phone number to make new reservations. so i give the folded flyer to this woman and her husband, as i walk away my hand goes into my pocket and i see the flyer. i had to knock on the car window and tell her i had given her my grocery list. then the woman says well let me see what youre buying these days daisy. i have no clue who this woman is. that was so funny.
