Not really the update

But sort of. The short, or Reader’s Digest, version includes: new job, daughter off to school, new apartment by the end of October, new grandbaby arriving Oct 18 (C-section has been scheduled), and I don’t know what all else. It was a very traumatic August, with job offers, apartment hunting in Halifax, job hunting mostly in Halifax, but the new job for me is in New Minas, #2 Daughter looking for a job and stressing out over not having money in place for her course in the Academy of Cosmetology in Halifax…on and on. Mild stressing over my relationship with A, whom I really enjoy, and who really enjoys and cares about me, but his fears get in the way. I’ve decided to let whatever will be, be. I can’t stress over a man any more. It’s so not worth it.

However, right now, it’s going on nine o’clock. I’ve been up since 5:30 a.m., put in many hours of massage at the new place and a couple at the old place, and I’m ready to fall over. It’s also unseasonably warm and humid. I don’t mind warm, but humidity is not my friend. I’m sticky and bleh. Won’t have time tomorrow to update, either–retirement dinner for one of the physiotherapists at the new place. The boss is buying dinner for everyone at the Blomidon Inn. Little high-priced there for my tastes, but I’m happy to let someone else foot the bill. And I have to work this Saturday morning. So…maybe sometime this weekend.

Later, y’all.
