DOES IT REALLY MATTER?

                   DOES IT REALLY MATTER

WHAT COLOUR YOUR BLOUSE IS???

WHAT BRAND OF CEREAL YOU BUY?

IF YOU HAVE LEATHER FURNITURE IN THE LIVING ROOM?

WHAT TYPE OF CAR YOU DRIVE?

THAT YOUR TV IS ONLY 20 INCHES?

THINK ABOUT WHAT’S REALLY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THE HEALTH OF YOU AND YOUR FAMILY

THAT YOU HAVE A ROOF OVER YOUR HEADS

NEXT TIME YOU LOOK ACROOS THE STREET AND SEE A WOMAN WEARING A MINK COAT AND THERE IS A MERCEDES IN THE DRIVE WAY THINK…………………….

ARE THEY REALLY HAPPIER THAN YOU????????????????????????

Great entry and it speaks volumes. For me it doesn’t take much to make me happy. I am just thankful that for the most part we are all healthy, we have food to eat and a roof over our heads. Love,

Very very true indeed. I figured these questions out a long time ago. It brought peace of mind and body. Lost a few friends, but they were not friends to miss anyway.

RYN I am going to visit my elder son in Missippi for Christmas and then on to my younger son in North Carolina for the new Year and then back to VT!

I totally concur!!!!!! Also, I never take anything for granted. I am thankful for everything teeny tiny and large, that works, is here, and I feel God helps provide what we REALLY need, and a little of what we want. But, I am not materialistic, so I don’t crave much. :*))) God bless you and yours. bighugzzz.

I know someone who is a perfect example of money not providing happiness. He is miserable and lonely now, at an age where it’s almost too late to try and make friends because he relied too heavily on friend ‘money’ all these years!

Amen to that! ryn: This time wouldn’t have worked for me because I’m crazy busy but yes, let’s wait for a time when you’re here alone so you don’t feel pressured or stressed and we can enjoy a lunch or coffee together! 🙂

Actually I look at a lot of people who have the fancy cars and big house and am glad I don’t have to pay the property tax or utilities.

So many people still think those material things do matter. One day they will find out that all that matters is that you are healthy and safe. Look at all those people in the New York area that lost their entire homes. They lost everything. Those material things an be replaced. As long as their family is safe that is all they cared about.
