FRUSTRATING DAY-edit

Yesterday hubby and I had appointments to bring our cars in for checkups. He went at 10 in the morning and I met him there at one. I wanted to go swimming first. I just love doing the laps. I am swimming forty five minutes but plan to up it to an hour. We had lunch at a great deli. I haven’t eaten there for a long time. The smoked meat sandwich was yummy! Thank goodness I didn’t like the fries so had a lot less calories.
I thought I could pick up my granddaughter from camp for her BUBBY day but it just took too long with the car…….about two and a half hours.  I felt so guilty. I did text my DIL but for whatever reason she never got it. She called and I explained that I couldn’t take her. I was playing bridge at night. It would just mean rushing around and I just didn’t feel like it. Now to plan another day……………..I think I might pick her up early from camp. When I pick her up at 3 and have to bring her home about six it is just too rushed.
We played bridge last night. I think I am playing much better. I still came in last but that’s because I got such lousy cards. My hubby isn’t doing as good as he use to. It might be because of crap cards but I also think he isn’t remembering as good as he use to.
Friday we are going to Toronto. Can’t wait to see my daughter. 
Better get back to sleep.
We are going on a cruise in January……………on the OASIS!!!!!!!!! I didn’t really want to go on such a LARGE ship but I was overruled.
