OUR LOCAL MALL

Over the past thirty/forty years our shopping center has changed. The stores have changed. Finally last year half of the mall was torn down and instead houses etc. are being built. The district is trying to attract more young families to the area. Right now I think most people are in their late sixties and much older. 
Well today I went out. I wanted to have my car washed but because of rain the car wash was closed. I hate that because I needed my inside CLEANED! Anyhow next I went to the new local community center. I went to see the indoor pool and get the schedule for free swim. Then I bought the fun card which allows me to use the pools and other stuff. I was surprised that it cost 80!!!!!! There is a small branch of the local library so I took out two books.
After that I went over to the mall. It is very busy and parking is difficult. Most of the parking area is taken up with building, machinery equipment etc. Finally I parked. I went to get my haircut but she doesn’t work on Wednesday so I will go tomorrow morning. I will also get a manicure. This afternoon I had a pedicure and my hair waxed off my face. Boy was it overdue????
I had lunch at the Mall and read my book. Star Island. I came home and had a nap.
Tonight I went to play BINGO. It was to raise money for the daycares in Israel. I wonder what would happen if the mothers just stayed home………
So now it’s 11:39 and time for bed. Good night!
