MAKING AMENDS

This morning I called my friend to clear the air!!! Everything is fine. I had to reassure her that I did not read her email. She was writing an email when she was here to my other friend who lost his wife. I guess it was very private??????? Let your imagination and mine soar…….I am picking her and her friend up at 12 at the train and they will spend the rest of the day here. We will go see the art show and then go out for supper.
I have some other calls to make and I will do it right after I finish this entry. I want to thank everyone for their notes and encouragement. You have NO IDEA how grateful I am for all your suggestions, support and ideas. I would be lost without this place.
I have cleaned up the dining room table. I am going to prepare lunch for my friends. I have small frozen quiche that I will make. Hubby bought it at the beginning of the winter and I am trying to empty the fridge/freezer. I am actually doing a very good job.
Only a little over two weeks to go ’till we leave here. Believe it or not! I am getting a bit anxious about going home. Packing and unpacking………leaving my routine here and creating a new one at home. Silly things but I guess important enough to me.
So I’m off to call my grandson an others.
Take care.
Have a healthy, contented day.

I tell ya, I would love to be in Florida right now. It’s 19 degrees right now. Freezer meals are awesome…I have been doing that a lot lately. It makes life so much easier. Routines are nice but it’s great to shake things up. I hope you saw but we did receive your package. The girls are thrilled. They want to send you a thank you. Oh and I need to thank you from the bottom of my heartfor your help with Cora’s iPad. I honestly can’t thank you enough for your kindness. I’m not used to it because no one around her cares about too much other than themselves…family included. So thank you, thank you, thank you.
