AN OK DAY

This morning I went swimming at the indoor pool at the clubhouse. I am proud of myself as I have been going almost every morning. I swim, walk, jump etc for an hour. Hubby wakes me about seven. I have breakfast, get dressed and off I go. It’s very convenient because the clubhouse is right next door. I will miss the pool when I go home. This morning wasn’t too nice so my friends who usually swim outside were at the indoor pool so I had some company.
We went to a friend’s for brunch. There must have been about thirty people in a one bedroom condo. Actually the living room and Florida room are quite big. It was a dairy buffet. I had some noodle pudding and that was it. I do not enjoy eating on my lap. The problem here is people think they have to invite EVERYONE at once. They don’t want to insult anyone!!!!!!! I think six or eight would be more intimate and easier to entertain.
Then we came home. I thought I would have a nap but I just couldn’t fall asleep so I finished the scarf for my granddaughter. I hope she’ll like it. I am now working on my needlepoint again.
Since I didn’t have my nap I am going to crawl into bed very soon even though its just nine. Last night I was up half the night.
Maybe one of you can help me. I am trying to do a scrapbook page from my son’s wedding. I have pictures if my grandchildren walking their parents down the aisle. Any idea for titles of the page?
Thanks in advance.

No ideas are coming to me about the title for your scrapbook page, sorry! It’s great that you are in the pool every day. From all the info I’ve been reading, I believe that 5-6 hours of slow movement (i.e. not aerobics, heavy cardio, etc) are one of the best ways to stay healthy. Try to add resistance whenever you can, to keep muscle healthy – this is very important too! 🙂

An okay day in Florida is better than a bad day in Canada.
