HOME AGAIN

 So I didn’t go to Ottawa today. I talked to my friend and she told me that her hubby is really bad off. He had his leg amuptated but probably won’t be able to wear a prosthesis because of his weak heart. OY! Of course she is very upset. Her daughters are there but will be leaving in about a week. She’ll be on her own. She doesn’t think she could manage her hubby at home. They are having a major meeting on Monday so they will know more. She told me to try to come on Tuesday. I will!
I didn’t hear anything from my friend here so hope all is stable.
I spent the day at the mall. I met my girlfriend and her hubby for breakfast. Then I had a manicure, pedicure, waxing my facial hair and finally a haircut. I had to wait in between so I had a chance to shop.
Now I’m home. I plan to just relax and take it easy. Maybe I’ll have a nap before supper. Supper is comfort food! Green Pea soup and Kraft dinner. I use to that with my best friend when she was sick. Sadly she’s the one who passed away a few years ago.
