JUST SHOPPING

For the past two days I have been shopping. NO MORE! I took the VISA out of my purse and put it away. Enough is enough! I did have fun. So what did I buy? More books of course……………some glass containers. In some I will put stones etc. In others sand. I bought some more paper for my son’s scrapbook. Now I have to get the pictures from him. Then I have to get hubby to print them.
Last night we went to visit friends. It was a very pleasant evening. They live about a half hour north of here. We arrived late because I was late getting ready. They are a very relaxed couple and made us welcome anyways. My friend was there from Ottawa. She was so happy and so excited to be in Florida. She is only here for a week. Her hubby is sick and she was so happy to be away. Her daughter is staying with her hubby.
Today I am not sure what I will do. I have to pack and will probably work on my glass containers.
I am so sick of hearing about abuse – abuse of women and abuse of children. I guess it’s been going on for years but it is certainly more in the news now. I am not sure what should happen to people like "Cain" and sport coaches. I don’t know why the abuse just becomes news way after it happens. It’s just sickening.
So I’m going to have some breakfast and once hubby is up I’ll do some washing. I don’t want to leave any dirty clothes. I have no idea how long we’ll be gone. We’re planning at least a week in Toronto and the driving is five days…………………..
I plan to see my sister but not her HUBBY!!!!!!!!! Hubby said I already made my point but I don’t care.  Hope it won’t create problems. I’ll also see my two cousins. Wish we would pass by Montreal to see my grandchildren but hubby would never go for it……………
