COOKING-edited

I am busy cooking some food for next Friday. Doing something everyday makes it much easier. I made knaidles and lokshun kugel. They are both sitting in the freezer now. I just hope I remember to take everything on Thursday.
I still have to make chopped liver, brisket, sweet and sour meatballs and chicken breasts. Hubby also wants a potato kugel so of course I will make it for him. Tomorrow I have to go to the butcher and by my meat.  We’re invited for brunch so hopefully I can buy my meat after that.
We have to get ready for tonight but it’s just a matter of putting cookies etc. on platters. We had about 20 people for coffee. Some sent us a wonderful fruit platter so at least it wasn’t only junk. Everyone stayed until 11. It was a very relaxing and entertaining evening. It took my mind off all my problems.

I have no idea what some of those things are. Preparing a little a time for a big meal like that is always a good idea. I love to cook.

You lead an active life style, that is great. Hubby and I try and stay busy and try to keep in touch with all our friends. I love to play cards, hubby loves poker 🙂 Oh! could you post how you make your sweet n sour meatballs. Love them but never made my own. Do you make your own sauce?
