THE DAVIS APPEAL

I wonder why some people worry so much about the criminals. Why do people worry that the criminal will suffer when they are put to death? Does anyone ever think of the VICTIM?????????? How did they die????????????????????? Maybe the criminal should die the same way their victim died. I think a criminal should be punished. It doesn’t matter that it doesn’t bring the victim back.
I think Davis lived 20 years MORE than his victim. WHY????????? Is it fair??????????????

ANSWER . I do not believe that davis is innocent. However, I do not believe he gets the death penalty because there have been TOO many innocent people jailed and then released because they are innocent. TOO many have been in jail for 10 and 20 years, tofind out later that they were innocent -foundout from DNA or found out from someone else confessing. So, rather than take a chance and execute someone and then find out the DEAD criminal is innocent, just give LIFE IN PRISON, the guilty STAY IN jail and JUST in case–if any are innocent later–they can be released. NO ONE can be brought back to life after the death penalty and that is why we should not have the penalty in ANY states.
