JUST ANOTHER DAY
I guess it’s not just another day! My cleaning lady is here and we will soon be changing the dishes for Passover. We have whittled it down over the years so it should be very easy.
This morning hubby went to the new condo to meet the plumber. He made the appointment without checking with me. There is no way I would go this morning. I need to get ready for the holidays.
I wish he would just pack his stuff and consult with me about making appointments and getting things done in the new place but he doesn’t. I will talk to him again today about it.
All my life I have been doing what he wants and I now realize that is why I am so miserable. I do have a lot of freedom on one hand and NONE on the other. Sometimes I just don’t give him any choice! Like when I went to Israel a few times I just told him I was going!!!!!!!!!!
Thank goodness for my cleaning lady. She is not only a help but company and someone to talk to. She has a much harder life than I have so I should be grateful.
So I better get on with it. I was planning to start the Wii again but it needs new batteries so it will have to wait.

Again it sounds like you do your thing and he does his, maybe he just assumes you are not interested in the condo appointments? I seriously think you need to sit down and talk to each other about it, you do not seem to have open communication with him. This is why my marriage broke up, we stopped communicating and he found someone else to talk to.

I think it’s important that you be able to do your own things without permission. Do it more often. Go for it.

re Wii: I try to remember to take out the batteries if I am going to be out of town. I think the remote and the fit board suck the juice out of them even when they’re not being used.
