A VERY LONG DAY

 Today we drove from seven to seven thirty. It was a very long day and by the time we stopped I was besides myself. I just get sore all over and have trouble sitting still. That’s what always happened when I drove with my hubby. That’s why I have been driving myself. I get to stop when I want, eat when I want etc. I make the drive FUN. I must admit that hubby did stop at J & R so I could do some shopping. I was in  a deep sleep so walked around in a daze. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness. I bought some peanuts, two dolls and some lipstick. I was in such a daze I just wanted to go back to sleep. I knew that wouldn’t be right so I walked around and bought some stuff. Usually I spend a couple of hours and buy lots. Since I had just woken up I just wasn’t in the right mood. Then we drove and drove and drove. I slept. I did my needlepoint but I just have too much trouble seeing. I may have to give up my project as I am too frustrated. I played on my Ipad. Then I was so fidgety. I just couldn’t sit anymore. I didn’t say anything but I’m sure my hubby could feel the tension. I will NEVER EVER drive with him again. I just cannot understand the obsession with getting home!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tomorrow we will drive to Plattsburgh, New York. We will meet my two sons there. We need my other son and his girlfriend to drive one of the cars home. My son left from Plattsburgh airport so we have one car too many.
I will be excited to get home and get started with unpacking from Florida and packing for our big move!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In between we have Passover. So I will be busy. We will have to visit all our doctors – family doctor, neurologist, dermatologist and dentist. I get tired just thinking of everything we have to do.
I can’t help thinking about how I will get around. I will probably walk sometimes and maybe that will do me good. However maybe just maybe the doctor here will tell me I can drive. Who knows???????
So I complained enough. I will go bak to sleep and tomorrow I WILL BE HOME!!!!!!!!!! I just hope we get some offers tomorrow from the Open House we are having from two to four.
