Another busy day ahead in sunny but COLD Florida.
This afternoon I am going to an art show in West Palm Beach. We are going by bus from the art club here at Century Village. We leave at 11 and come back at four. Then tonight we are going to the show at the clubhouse. So it will be a very full but fun day and night.
Yesterday was a rainy day here. We were home for the morning and early afternoon. I got up late. I did the Wii for an hour.
Then I had a nap and also read my book. I’m reading it on the KINDLE so can’t even tell you the name. Finally about three we went to Penneys as I need sheets badly. The ones I have never stay on the bed. It’s so frustrating. we also stopped at ALDIS but they didn’t have the crackers that we bought there last time.
In the evening we went out for supper to the OUTBACK. I had a delicious steak.
I don’t know if I wrote about Friday. I went with one cousin to visit another. We shared pictures and stories and planned another get together for two weeks from now. At night one cousin came for supper and we played Dominoes. A fun simple game. I need to go buy a Domino game. I know I have one in Plattsburgh.
So all in all we are doing very well and I am very very grateful.
My son and his girlfriend and the children will meet us at Port Canaveral for the day on March 2. We are looking forward to seeing them and going to the Kennedy Space center. Anyone been there?
THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO SENT ME QUOTES! Today my daughter sent me one. Now if she would just phone…………..
So off I go to take a shower and get ready for my busy day.
Take care. Stay well. Feel no pain.

Wish I was in Florida about now, instead of buried in about 10 inches of snow. Have a great week.

This winter is a cold one in Florida! But it’s supposed to be FIVE degrees here in NYC, so I think we’ve got you “beat”.

We went to the Kennedy Space Center in 2008 when the shuttle was due to land but due to something or other the landing was postponed for an hour and it ended up being after dark and we couldn’t see it. We were very disappointed but the center itself was amazing. Lots to see and explore. Have fun.
