BURLESQUE – A MOVIE

I went to see this movie tonight with another couple. Hubby went to see the movie – UNSTOPPABLE. We were both happy with our choices.
I highly recommend BURLESQUE – wonderful dancing and singing. I admire the way this young woman went from a hick town to become a great dancer/singer in California. I am in awe that some people can sell themselves. They are aggressive and in the end come out on top. They take a risk. They are not afraid to take a chance. It takes a lot of courage and self-confidence to put yourself out there.
Anyhow if you are looking for a great movie I would suggest BURLESQUE!

Oh! I’m so glad you went to see it. I’ve been trying to connect with one of my girlfriends so we could go together, but she’s been out of town. (My hubby does NOT go to movies. Period. LOL!)

RYN: Because I have to put the purchase on a credit card. I hate doing that. I just don’t have the money for such an expensive item. =( I hate using credit to buy things, but do feel as if the laptop is a good investment. Hope you never need the Icy Hot, but it does work well. =)

I want to see Burlesque. I love Cher!

Mehmet and I watched Unstoppable last weekend and really enjoyed it!

I watched her lifestory on E-Entertainment. Fascinating stuff. Never even heard of ‘Burlesque’ dancing before that. It’s great arty stuff.

I agree 100% about this movie being fantastic and a must see. Christina has a voice like no other, as tiny as she is she can sure belt out a song. Cher only sings 2 songs and I was disapointed that she didn’t sing more. But all in all the movie is so well worth seeing.
