I have exactly six more days left before I leave for Florida. I am planning to stay home today to start packing. It’s suppose to be a miserable day so it wlll be good to stay in. Tonight I am planning to go to hear a singer with friends. I know I won’t want to go out after supper but I will. I also have to make some calls to cancel the newspaper, internet, phone etc.
I plan to move stuff that I will be taking downstairs in the room next to the garage so it will be easier to pack my car on Tuesday.
I want to make some more of the treasure bottles. I am having trouble taking off the labels on some. Any suggestions? I am soaking one to see if it is easier to take off. What a pain!
I have a few people I should/want to see before I leave but I don’t know how and where to fit them in.
Tomorrow I am going for a facial and pedicure. It’s been a long time since I’ve had one. Yesterday I went for a manicure. It’s so easy at the new salons where you don’t need an appointment. It’s also fairly cheap – only 13.
I have to stop by and pick up the paintings I had framed. Here’s hoping I like what they look like and that they fit in my car easily. At night I am going out for supper with friends from the campground. So it will be a very busy day.
Sunday I have my granddaughter’s birthday.
So time for breakfast. Maybe I’ll do the Wii today. I haven’t been doing it lately – not sure why. LAZY???????? I am looking forward to swimming once I get to Florida.
I am speaking to hubby everyday. He is happy and busy getting things set up.
I am going through tons of old quilting magazines. I am throwing out some and the rest my cleaning lady will take. I am removing some articles and putting them into plastic pages.
