TODAY SO FAR-edited in red

Today I have been busy. I will soon do some Wii. I am anxious to see how much I gained or lost! I haven’t done it for a few weeks. I lost about 1/4 of a pound. I did half hour of exercise. I think that’s what I will stick with. My back seems much better today so think it’s time to try again.
This morning I went out to the bank and to do some food shopping. I made some phone calls. I now have an appointment for the dentist. I called my Interior Decorator but she hasn’t returned my call.
I called the Real Estate Agency. They should be coming any minute. I want to show them how the alarm system works. I also want him to take new pictures for online. I didn’t like the ones my own real estate agent took. So the new agent came with his mother who started the agency. They took new pictures. They told us that we must lower the price!!!!!! We put it up at 529. They said we must reduce it to about 499. We ate both very disappointed but it’s the reality. There is just too much work that has to be done. The new owners will have to invest at least 100,000 to bring it up to date. It looks like we will get just enough to cover the cost of the new place. If so we will be very limited on the renovations we can make. What can we do? I am not going to fret over it. What will be will be.
I am making chicken stir fry for supper. We enjoyed it last time.

over here if we give our price and agent says lower it BEFORE even seeing a buyer for that price, hmmm… just seems they are asking you to lower it too soon. if they need 100,000. t o fix it up then that 5,000. won’t make a difference to them. if they need 100,000 to fix it and they are STILL interested sounds like they love it already lol i’d be sticking tomy price at least for six months UNLESS you are dying to sell immediately

I am sorry to tell you but you are probably going to have to come down a lot more before you can sell, you might be better off waiting til things turn around again.
