EXERCISES ON THE WII

THIS IS WHAT I DO ON THE WII. I DO EACH ONE TWICE. IT TAKES ALMOST AN HOUR. I USE ABOUT 230 CALORIES.

RHYTHM BAND
JUGGLING
SKI SLALOM
HULA HOOP
BASIC RUN
BICYCLING
TILT CITY
TABLE TILT
ONE MORE WHICH I FORGET. IT’S ADDING NUMBERS ………………
I SURE HOPE THIS IS GOOD ENOUGH EXERCISE. I GO FOR A BLOOD TEST ON WEDNESDAY AND THEN FRIDAY WE HAVE OUR CHECKUP.
SO NOW I’M GOING FOR A NAP. I WENT CHASING THE IPHONE 4 BUT NO LUCK.
