UPSET
I am very upset with myself. Once again it is about money! I took out an American express card when I was in business. The bottom line is I spent money and I cannot pay it in one lump sum. I thought I could pay it out like other credit cards but apparently I can’t. I am not sure what I will do. I will make payments but the man told me I should try to get a loan so I could pay the card off. I am so upset with myself because I should never have charged so much. I just have NO willpower. Why can’t I control my spending?
I am so upset. I will have to cut way down on my nonsense spending.
Hubby is trying to buy the condo. It looks like I will probably be moving.
Tonight I am going to move all the junk from the kitchen downstairs. I am sure the house will sell better if there is no clutter. Up and down the stairs!!!!! The exercise cannot hurt.
I had my grandson all day. It was boring. We did some shopping which I will have to put an end to. Then we just stayed home. I did some Wii and he’s watching Tv. Now making supper and will take him home.
Do not take out a loan! Give them as much as you can each month and that is it. They play games with you, please trust me on this one. I just dealt with something like this.

Yes do not take a loan, just tell them all you can afford to pay is X a month, as long as you pay them something they cannot do anything to you. If you take out a loan then you are stuck paying that off. This is how I got into trouble, using my home equity trying to pay down my debt, it blew up in my face.

I spend too much when I am in stores so i just don’t go. I hope you can get this paid off quickly.

How frustrating! I don’t know much about credit cards (I’ve never had one) but it surprises me that you can’t pay off your debt in instalments. Was there some agreement you signed when you took the card out, and have you checked the wording on that?

maybe this is a good time to hold another garage sale so you can make some extra cash to help pay off the card. If you are moving its a great opportunity to clear out surplus ready for a fresh start…and will leave you with less to pack up later. hugs P

ps…what I also meant to say is that whenever I need money desperately I look around at what I can sell. Even if it doesn’t sell for much it is surprising how quickly everything adds up. p

Well, tell hubby to pay it. He is the one with all YOUR money.
