A GREAT DAY

So today we are at the trailer for the weekend. I came here about 6:00 last night. Hubby came as usual on Thursday. I brought with lamb chops so we had a delicious supper.  Today I did the Wii. Hubby went to play golf. I went into town to get another ball of wool for the baby bunting I’m knitting. I also went to pay some money on my Penney’s account. I didn’t buy anything else.
I had a great idea and hope the women will go along with me. I suggested that we open savings accounts at the beginning of next summer.  Then instead of going shopping in town to save 100 we take the 100 and deposit it into our account. Today you could get ten dollars if you spent fifty at Penneys. Well there is no savings if you have to spend fifty to get ten so I think we should just save the fifty!!!!!!!!!Then we can plan a trip to New York in the Fall.  I’m not sure if any of the women will go along with me but I think it’s a fun idea.
This afternoon we had the annual corn roast. It rained so I ate my two hot dogs and came back tot he trailer.
Tonight another couple came over. we played Canasta. The men won one game and we won the other. It was a very pleasant way to spend the evening.
So now I’m going to knit a bit and hit the hay. GOOD NIGHT Y’ALL.
