DEAR SON

My dear son,

You are so special. You are the one that everyone in the family can count on. You have always been there through thick and thin for all of us. You were the one someone could borrow money from if they were broke – especially your sister.
You were the one who had the keys when we misplaced or lost ours.
You were the one Prudential called when the alarm went off.
You were always available to babysit.
You loved your nieces and nephews. You would do anything for them.
You were the one who cared for our home when we were out of town.
We could depend on you to take in the mail and/or the newspaper when we were out of town.
You lived at home longer than you wanted to because your sister didn’t want to be an only child.
You were the one who went way out of your way to drive your Dad and sister back and forth to Florida.
You were always dependable.
I wish you would find someone to share your life with. Any woman would be lucky to have you.
I love you. I appreciate all that you do for your family. You are very SPECIAL!

This is a good one. I hope your son knows that you feel this way.

Wow! How fortunate you are to have such a reliable and caring son. I’m sure he’ll find someone when he is ready.

RYN: I totally understand, it sure does not seem like it should be time for school to start. Zach is home tomorrow but then he is back in school starting Wednesday, the other two go tomorrow. I so loved having the kids home for the summer, but I want a full three months, hehe. Love,
