TRAFFIC TRAFFIC EVERYWHERE

What a day!!!! Actually I had a great day except the traffic in the city was terrible. I couldn’t believe it. I picked up my granddaughter from camp at 11. We drove downtown and parked in an underground parking lot. No problem! We did some shopping, had lunch and attended the Jazz festival for children. So far so good! Then we walked across the street so she could play in the playground. There was a large PIANO she walked on. OY! The music!!!!!! Then she played on the slides and inside the jumping thing. Not sure what they call it but she had fun. I wanted to get her face painted but it was taking too long so she didn’t want to wait.
Then we started to drive home. It was a little after four! The traffic was bumper to bumper. Luckily she fell asleep. I got her home about 6. I left right away as I had to meet friends for supper at 7. More traffic!!!!!! I ended up getting to the restaurant at seven thirty!!!!! What a day! Maybe the traffic was because tomorrow is Canada Day! I HOPE it isn’t bad tomorrow as I have to get my grandson after camp and then we are having supper with our  children as it’s my son’s girlfriend’s birthday. I am not sure if we are going to the country tomorrow or Friday. I’m in no rush that’s for sure.
Tuesday morning my hubby had a tooth pulled and and implant put in. He seems to be doing very well.
My daughter got to Florida safe and sound.
I’m exhausted so must get to bed.
