THE PAST FEW DAYS
I am not sure when I wrote last. I am to lazy to look back. Isn’t that sad? Anyhow I’ll go back to Thursday when I took my grandson to the CIRQUE DU SOLEIL. It was a rainy day. He had a cold but he is such a trooper. We have such a deep bond. We had great seats and we both had a super time. I think he really enjoyed the show. I am so glad that I took him. I love to take him places that his parents don’t take him because of money and or time involved. After the show we went for supper at a PASTA restaurant.
Friday I was home all day. I did go out for a short time to buy my granddaugher flowers as we had her ballet recital at night. So cute but much too long!
In the morning Friday I spent time catching up on my business. I have three repeat calls of people who are interested in the business. I see a light at the end of the tunnel. I will keep working hard. I will be a success in this business. WATCH THE MAGIC HAPPEN HERE!!!! There is so much to learn and DO!!!!
Friday night after the show we drove out to the trailer. I lost my passport so we spent about an hour looking through our cars and in the house. Finally I called the border and they told me I could probably pass using my birth certificate and license so that’s what we did. If I don’t find my passport in the next few days I will have to get it replaced as I need it every weekend.
Hubby is really worried about his brother and I don’t blame him. His brother still has a pain in his back. Personally I think it’s bone cancer but I hope not. He has had bouts of cancer all his life. We have been discussing how often we should visit and for how long. I will leave it up to my husband.
I spoke to my son Thursday night. The poor man is HEAD OVER HEELS in love with the tramp. Why do I call her a tramp? She has three children from at least two different men. She was living with a guy and planning to get married. Now she moved out. She just had an abortion. I don’t know who the father was. I hope my son gets rebuffed by her. He’ll be hurt but I think if he does get together with her he will get hurt MUCH WORSE. I will have to start praying that she doesn’t give him the time of day. One thing’s for sure I will NOT meet her children. I have enough drama in my life right now.
This morning I made some calls for my business. Then I went into town. I droped off a bunch of pamphlets that I had prepared at home. I went to MCDONALDS where I had fries and a diet coke. I read my book which is excellent called THE HELP! I stopped off at BIG LOTS and the FAMILY DOLLAR store where I dropped off pamphlets.
I went to Michaels where I bought some art supplies to use here. I also bought some paint for my friend’s grandchildren. I hope she likes what I chose. Otherwise she can just return it.
I went to Borders and I bought a TRAVEL book. It is fairly small and has a short description from many cities all over the world. I bought it to learn about different countries. When I drive with my grandson he always wants to hear a story. So what I started to do was make up a story but the setting is in a different country so it can be a learnign experience also. Last time I took the main character to China, Paris, Israel etc. Now I will study the location before hand and let him look at pictures as I tell him the story.
I am still not thrilled to be at the trailer but I am making the best of things. My friends watched a movie tonight. I was hoping we would play cards. I can’t understand the importance of a movie that you can probably watch another time. They are just too boring. I think next weekend we will invite friends for the day on Saturday.
So what else can I tell you? Hubby and I were just talking and I was telling him about the stories I tell my grandson. He was very impressed.
Now maybe I’ll read some of your entries. I just don’t make the time anymore.

Good for you that you are determined to succeed. I have my own Ebay business and when people ask me how’s business, I always say “great!” I won’t think or speak negatively of my business. My business is my own creation and it has given me a new life and lots of freedom. I hated working for other people. It sucks so bad, you have no idea.
