READY FOR NOW

So this is what I prepared so far. Some will be for tonight and the rest for tomorrow.
Hubby cut up the celery and horseradish. Then he made horseradish. With the Cuisinart it’s fast!!!!
I made:
celery salad
quinoa salad
charoseth
brisket
turkey
I am defrosting chicken soup and knaidles.
I will boil up some potatoes after my bath.
My gefilte fish which I made yesterday is delicious. I never use a recipe so never sure how it will turn out.

Tonight it will only be us with my eldest son. It will be totally informal
So it’s time for my bath. For those who have been reading my latest entries. Hubby told me to cancel going to our friend’s Friday night. The kids will come here instead. It will just be the adults. I have to go out and get something for supper and a birthday card for my son. Maybe hot dogs and fries or standing rib. On Saturday night we will probably have all our friends over for coffee. Not sure who will show up. I’m going to invite everyone for eight. I will just serve cake and coffee.
Off for a rest.
