I have a lot to do today because I invited 3 couples for supper. I am not exactly in the mood to have company but I will prepare the supper and GET IN THE MOOD. They are all close friends so shouldn’t be a problem. It is not even nine o’clock so throughout the day I will prepare different dishes. I won’t have to rush!!!!
Did you read in the paper yesterday that sitting is bad for your health? Too much sitting anyways. I am not sure how much sitting is TOO much. Anyhow today I will be up and down all day so I don’t think I will be sitting too much.
So today I am going to make:
sweet and sour meatballs
black bean salad
Greek salad
mashed potatoes with onions(fried of course)
chcicken soup (already in fridge)
chicken breasts
chicken livers
rice(brown)
I also have to take the mocked chopped liver out of the freezer. I wonder how it will be when I defrost it as I never froze it before! Hubby loves it and has been eating it for lunch everyday.
Last night my daughter came for supper. Even though she lives close we only see her about once a week. We made plans to get together next Thursday.
So I’ll go get started but I’ll be back here soon.
