MERRY, MERRY CHRISTMAS – OK

 

I would like to wish all my friends on OD a very Merry Christmas and a very Happy and Healthy New Year. I hope that all my friends are lucky enough to be with loved ones today.

I WISH ALL MY FRIENDS ENOUGH –

enough food to eat so they don’t go hungry

enough heat in their homes so they aren’t cold

enough love from others to keep them from being lonely

enough music in their lives to brighten up their day.

enough time to smell the roses

painfree days

free time to do what you enjoy

a job so that you can be independent

stress free days

patience with your loved ones especially the ones who are hardest to be patient with

tolerance for others

money for what you truly need and some for what you want

So dear friends what I plan to do today is NOTHING!!! I have nothing on my schedule.
I will read some of your entries.
I will make some calls.
I will not go swimming because I think the clubhouse is closed.
I will relax. My body is sore all over. I don’t know why.
So today I will just be me. I told my daughter I would go with her to the quilting store if she wanted to go as it is open but I will not call her as I rather not go. Yesterday she called to say she was bored. I couldn’t help as we were invited out for supper. We had a delicious turkey supper. There was a wonderful Christmas tree with all the decorations.
So in closing I want to wish everyone a very peaceful day.
