SLOWLY BUT SURELY – OK
Today is cleaning day. I already gave my kitchen floor a lick and a promise. I will do it again soon. I started to take down the Hanukah decorations. It certainly isn’t as much fun as putting them up. I guess it must be the same with Christmas decorations. I am leaving some for my hubby to take down but if he doesn’t do it soon I will end up doing it. I am on my second load of washing. I still haven’t caught the bug but at least I don’t see it anymore. I hope it went back where it came from.
I stpped cleaning because my leg was hurting and I don’t want to over do it. More later.
Good for you for listening to your body. Too often, we ignore what it’s saying and then we really do suffer! I just spent the past few hours putting a few more Christmas decoratoins around the house. It’s just me and Hubby this year, but our daughter, grandson, and son-in-law will be here on New Year’s Day, so we want the place to look festive for little Zachary. At three, he has finally DISCOVERED special days and parties. I get such a kick out of his excitement 🙂 I kind of laughed at your description of losing the bug–do you remember those old Raid commercials where the housewife was chasing a bug around the room with one of those old-fashioned pump-actioned insecticide guns? I had this mental image of you chasing some sick-bug around with that aparatus!
