EXERCISE OR BUST? -ok
I am trying to decide if I should try walking tomorrow. We have a special path that many people walk around. I use to walk a few years ago. It was easy and I use to walk most days. I much prefer swimming but with walking I would have to go about 7 in the morning so no matter what I have planned for the day my walking could be done every morning. The thing is that I could also go swimming at the clubhouse at eight. But I don’t so often I don’t get in my exercise.
For whatever reason I could get up and walk at seven but to go to the pool I wouldn’t because I know I could go any time during the day. I can’t walk anytime because it would be too hot. However I often get bogged down with other things and don’t end up swimming. I guess I will see when I wake up in the morning and if I am up early enough I will try walking.
I already started to charge my IPOD so can take it with me if I do walk.

RYN: I don’t have a pattern for the mat she just cuts tee’s into strips and knits..not sure about stiche numbers but I just plan to follow the design she has given me – starting from edge and a gradual decrease. The centre circle goes in last. Thats all I can tell you…sorry. My friend got the old tee shirts from op shops and just gave them an extra wash.
