IT’S OVER – OK

My wonderful weekend in Toronto with family is over. I had a great visit with everyone. We ate some yummy meals but of course best of all was meeting and talking with family. I spent a lot of time with my sister. Wish it could have been more but there are just too many people to see. My son and his girlfriend were here so they joined my sister and I when we were suppose to have some alone time. My poor sister is always talking about hundred years ago which I have no patience for but I don’t say anything. Her hubby is a bastard so I can barely tolerate him but he wasn’t always with us. When he was I usually sat faraway so it was ok. I don’t know how she stands him.
The weather has been great – sunny and cool which is perfect for me. Hubby is getting ready and so will I after this entry. We are driving home which takes about six hours depending on the stops we make. I have a busy week ahead. It’s hard to believe but hubby will be leaving for Florida in less than two weeks. Yesterday was two weeks.
Hubby talked to my son while he was here. They left yesterday so they could work today. The plans are to sell the senior home. I feel terrible as I was encouraging my ex DIL to continue and I was planning to help her. All for nothing so now I will stay out of it. I did up until a few weeks ago. I wish I had never mixed in. I hope she doesn’t think I am a traitor.
Hubby’s brother looks pretty good but my SIL looks horrible. I feel so sad for her but she is being a trooper. They will NOT go to Florida this winter. While we were here I went with her to see her grandaughter swim in her other grandmother’s INDOOR pool. The pool and house is amazing. ALL MARBLE etc. There must be plenty fo money in that family. I spent more time than usual with my SIL because I always loved her and will miss her in Florida.
So I guess I better get dressed and go have breakfast in  the lobby.
I am not taking the flu shot or HINI. I was so surprised that two of my nephews and nieces don’t take them also!!!!!! Neither do their children……………..

I’m undecided about getting the H1N1 flu shot. Yesterday at our quilting day, a woman (who is married to a doctor and is an RN) showed up very briefly. She said they are pretty sure her daughter has it. We could be in denial before, but not any longer, I guess.

I get the regular flu shot every year and have (knock on wood) been able to avoid the flu for many years now.

I’ve not read your diary for long, but it seems that the senior home has created quite a bit of anxiety for you. I’m sure your ex-DIL will know you only had the best of intentions and not hold the mens’ decision against you. *hugs*

don’t take the SWINE flu shot

RYN: why not? Well, the people who are taking the flu shots now are only experimenting. IF they survive then the gov will issue the shots to everyone. Here in America, sometiems it take up to TEN years to find out that a medicine can be fatal. ie. Seldane, an allergy medicine was used for years and years and approved by our government and then years later, they banned it and found out itcould be fatal and have fatal side efects so bad that they had to ban it. There are hundreds of medicines that are found harmful or even fatal but not found out till millions of people have used the medicine . Some have developed heart disease and heart problems due to medicines ..that were already approved and in use. The flu shot is TOO new and not enough people have taken it to really tell u s if this is a fatal drug. ALready TEN kids or twenty kids in Japan have died from the shot. All over the world they were having bad side effects from the swine flu shot. yet the media does not play it up. To those of us that are aware, we don’t take the shot. None of th enurses here will take it. They will risk losing their jobs but wil not
