STAINED GLASS CLASS AND SHOPPING – OK

This morning I was up early. I went to my stained glass class for nine. Because it is very hard to park in the area I leave early so I can park in the underground parking lot and have breakfast there.
Stained glass is a lot of work. I had to grind some of the pieces so they would be the right size and shape. Then I had to put foil around each piece. I have around four more pieces to go. It is a lot of work and each step takes long. I don’t know if it gets easier.
Then I went shopping in the gift store at the Golden Age building I take my class in. I bought my niece in Toronto a wonderful tea pot(ceramic) and I also bought a glass dish for salad or whatever for the couple that invited us for brunch next weekend. I don’t know why we are so busy before we leave for Florida but we are.
I went to Pizza Hut for lunch. I love sitting, eating and reading my book.
Then I went to look for the EBAY store. I was very disappointed as I couldn’t find it. I don’t know if it moved or closed. I was going to sell my Cricut but now I think I will just take it and leave it in Florida.
Next was the phone company where I asked about my Blackberry which is very slow. He couldn’t really help me but he did tell me they will be getting the new IPHONE. I asked him how to delete applications on my phone. He told me how to do it but it didn’t work.
I went to Walmart next. The guy there told me to connect my phone to the computer and delete the programs that way. It worked!!!!!! I bought two toys so my shopping was done.
When I came home I got some very upsetting news. One of our very old and good friends is in the hospital. Apparently she was bleeding internally. I called the house hoping to speak to the daughter with no luck. I don’t know if I should go to the hospital first thing in the morning or not. I would for sure but I have to pick up my grandson in the afternoon. I guess I could cancel him if I have to help out at the hospital. In the morning if I hadn’t heard any news I guess I will call the hospital to see if she’s still registered. This poor woman has been looking after her elderly husband with senility and a host of other problems.
Anyhow Friday we are going to Toronto for a long weekend. We will be visiting as much family as we can fit in. One of my sons will be coming too as he wants to visit his aunts and uncles who are not getting any younger.
Guess that’s about it for tonight. Should be getting to bed. It’s 12:30.
