PERSONAL; PRIVATE; STINKY; YUKKY – OK

I have a very personal question to ask you. I once asked my best friend but I don’t remember what she said. Anyhow my problem is that my underwear is always stained. No matter how much I wipe myself after a  bowel movement I always seem to get a stain. Any suggestions? I even use a wipe but it doesn’t seem to help.

Use a small panty liner in your underwear so you can remove the stain and toss it, and it won’t ruin your underwear.

Spray ‘n’ Wash is a good product for stain removal. Yes, panty liners sounds like a good idea.

I was going to suggest a panty liner as well. I’ve also wiped with toilet paper with one of those disposable wipes surrounding the t.p. This seems to make it so I get more of my “under” area cleaner when I wipe. Hope that’s not too much information! Ha!

Oh, and I should say that the disposable wipes are made to be flushed, not the ones that are used like diaper wipes because they are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

I always wash with soap and water after a bowel movement. I keep a plastic jug handy by the toilet, fill it with warm water, and happily slosh away on the toilet. Have a towel ready to wipe dry. Wiping with toilet paper or wipes just doesn’t do it…I fear your just smearing stuff around!! LOL

Try wiping from the back, per normal, with a wet wipe, and the sitting back on the toilet and “patting” the area from the front with a wipe. Don’t wipe forward! We know that that’s not healty and can cause vaginal infections. I keep baby wipes on hand for so many things. I learned to rely on them when I was driving a truck. You can even get a small plastic case to carry a few in at a timein your purse. You can’t flush them in your toilet, of course, but in my opinion, they are better than the toilet paper brand wipes, because they are larger. Hope this helps 🙂

I’ll make this part private: if you have hemorrhoids, it’s possible they are getting a little bit larger, making it more difficult to clean. Be gentle when wiping around them. A squirt bottle of warm water might also help flush the area…
