CONDO FOR SALE – OK

This morning we went to see another condo. It was so sad because the couple are in a senior home. Apparently the condo has been empty about a year and a half. Their two sons couldn’t decide what to do with the condo. There are clothes, furniture and pictures all over. I said that I would clean it up for them if they accepted a lower fee. The condo needs a lot of work. Wallpaper would have to come off. Carpets would have to be lifted and of course the whole thing painted. The stove would have to be replaced. The worse thing is that if we want a second garage space it would cost 20,000. WHAT??????????? I can’t believe it. Anyhow I am leaving it up to my hubby to look into it further. The kitchen is large and bright. I am not sure if we would sleep in the master bedroom or in the second largest room. Hubby needs a place for his cars!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyhow we will see.
It’s very HUMID today. YUK!!!!! I have to go do my exercise and then I’ll have lunch. That’s about it. Then I’ll have time for a nap or work on my hobbies.
