SATURDAY ALL DAY AND NIGHT – OK

The weather yesterday was sunny and bright. I was busy all day so missed my nap. In the end it didnt matter at all. I would be sleeping now but I had a stomach ache. I had diarrhea all evening – not sure from what. I did have a lot of gas. Anyways I am sure this is more than you ever wanted to know.
In the morning I worked on my SILs scrapbook. I did four pages of her cousins. Then I started to work on pictures of her fiftieth anniversary party. We all went for a weekend to a hotel near Toronto. I dont think it will take me long to finish. Then I will try to find someone who is going to Toronto. I dont think it should be difficcult as people are going back and forth all the time. If not I will just bring it to her when I go back in the Spring.
I also worked on an egg but in the end my glue bottle popped open and I had glue all over. The picture doesnt look clear anymore so I will add a new one when we get home.
I also visited some friends. I wanted to compile a list of memories for my friend in the hospital. I was going to send an email. Anyways by the end of the day my friends told me it was too much like a memorial and not a good idea so I scrapped the idea.
Hubby and I had lunch. I worked on my crafts again and sat outside chatting with a friend.
In the evening we played CANASTA again. I was on the winning team. YEAH!
One of the women lost her hubby about a year ago. She is still very upset. She feels very alone. She doesnt like to be home alone etc. so tries her best to keep busy. During the day she is still working. Anyhow we were talking about going on a cruise this winter. She doesnt want to go alone. I have a friend who I could possibly pair her up with but I dont want to take a chance that they wouldnt get along and Ill lose two friends. I could call her but never did. We also stay home alot so I cant invite her to join us to sit at home. Maybe I could but I wont. I guess we could make it our business to go out once a  week and ask her to join us.
Tomorrow morning I will play Mah Jongg. Well have lunch, sit around and go back to town. Nothing too exciting but at least peaceful which is very important.
My daughter wants to come home so we told her to use some of our points and make reservations. She wants to come at the end of July. Im happy as I miss her.
So that was our day and night. Hopefully Ill get some more sleep. Its cold here so will crawl back into bed with the hope that my stomach is better.
