MICHAEL JACKSON ETC.

I can’t understand all the fuss about MICHAEL Jackson. Just like I couldn’t understand the media going on and on about Diana. I got so fed up with Simpson. I can’t help thinking that there are so many more important things for the media to cover. I also keep thinking about WHO I care enough about so that I would stand in line for hours to see them, get so upset with their death etc. Michael was so young. It reminds me of Elvis…………………………………………so much talent, too much money and drugs maybe. I can’t understand how very deep in debt he was in. It doesn’t make sense.
This morning  I stayed home to make the mock chopped liver. For those who asked for the recipe I will try to remember to include it on Sunday or Monday. I don’t use a recipe anymore but there is one. If you want to take a chance here is a version.

mushrooms cut in pieces
onions fried
chopped walnuts
chopped egg

Mix all together. Add whatever spices you like. Eat and enjoy.
I also made some breaded chicken pieces to eat like pineapple chicken.
Then I rushed to pick up my grandson to take him for lunch and horseback riding.
I would have left for the country but had to wait for my grandson’s father to pick him up. I only left there about 5:30. I drove home and had supper since I felt I had eaten out enough this week.
Now I am at the trailer for the weekend. Time to relax.
