SUPPER BUPPER-ok

Tonight my son and his girlfriend will be here for supper. Why am I not more excited? I think I will be a lot more excited when my grandson comes next weekend!!!!!!!!! I guess it’s true when they say that if we knew grandchildren were so much fun we would have had them first. Of course with grandchildren there is usually little responsibility. I will be happy to see my son. Not sure for how long because they are staying with her brother. I hope that they will tell me when they will be available as I don’t want to sit around waiting.

I am preparing a very SIMPLE supper. I have taken soup out of the freezer. I have taken two barbecue chickens from the freezer. I will make meatballs, salad but not sure I have that much ingredients(I will have to check) and a sweet potato and apple casserole that someone recommended here. That’s it. For dessert I have some fresh fruit and biscotti. We’re only five so it will be easy! of course my daughter will be coming too. Just thinking that we will soon be going home and I will be leaving my daughter here makes me sad. Oh why couldn’t we all live in the same town????????

I am debating whether or not I will go swimming. Right now I have another load in the washing so I’ll decide after I finish the washing.

I opened the box from my CRICUT EXPRESSION machine I ordered. I am missing the letters that go over the keyboard!!! I have been trying to get through to Cricut and am on hold as I type. It is so frustrating. I have kept all the packaging etc. so if I am not happy with the machine I can return it.

So I will read some entries and then maybe just maybe I’ll make the meatballs.
