SLOWLY BUT SURELY-read

Time is creeping along slowly today. Slowly I am getting organized for tonight. Hubby is helping a little.
I have to go peel potatoes.
I finally found the cocktail hot dogs I am going to serve as an appetizer. Then people won’t be starving as we go through the service. I am hoping the children will be in a  good mood and participate. With a two year old I am not expecting much but I still hope she will be cool. I have everyone helping in the service and serving the food so hopefully that will also keep the children interested. I am going to do my best to STAY CALM. Often I get nervous and upset if I feel that people are not respecting the service. We will see.
Anyhow going to peel potatoes and then have a wonderful bath before the rush. It’s only one thirty so have plenty of time. Invited everyone for six.
