******************EXCITING EVENING**************
Tonight we went to our final meeting for the MARCH OF THE LIVING. For those of you who don’t know what this trip is all about you can google it. Basically it’s a trip to visit the concentration camps in Europe and then to visit Israel. I know it will be an amazing trip but also very emotional.
Tonight we heard a Hungarian man talk about his survival in Aushwitz. He will be accompaning young adults who are also going.
We all received a large duffle bag. Now we have to personalize them. Any ideas?
It is getting exciting! In all we will be gone three weeks. One week in Poland. Two weeks in Israel. During our stay in Israel we will visit PETRA IN JORDAN.
My nose is still running. As fast as I run I can’t catch it. It seems like many people who came from Florida are sick.
I think I’ll stay home tomorrow. I’ll give myself one more day to rest.
I am so jealous of this trip – especially Petra. That is one place I reallllllllllllllly want to go to.

I think it is the extreme temperature changes that bring about those pesky colds! That trip sounds wonderful!

You could get some puffy paint from the craft store and make a design or write the name of the places you will visit on the bag. Just a thought.

That sounds extremely depressing. I’m not saying it isn’t worthwhile, but that you should prepare to be deeply affected by it.

A work friend just went to Yad Vashem and his report of his visit has made me think it’s time for me to go. I’ve never been. I’m afraid I’ll be an emotional wreck and cry from beginning to end. So maybe when you’re here and you go, I will join you. Maybe bring my girls if they want to come. Let me know what’s your schedule for when you’re in Jerusalem.
